I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was large, very clean, and supposed to be non-smoking, located conveniently under the canopy next to the elevator. The service was top-notch with very courteous and helpful staff. The location was great, with easy in-and-out access to downtown St Louis and walking distance to the event venue, plus free covered parking with an access code. The dining was decent but not exceptional, and the facilities offered everything needed for a comfortable stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were average and had an unbearable body odor smell, the large room with two queen beds and additional sleeping space suited us perfectly. The elevator was over crowded, key cards didn't work continuously, and the hot tub was full of soap bubbles, making it a negative stay overall.
